menu in my side, error relate plugin it open (controller and touch not works)

I don't have firmware installed on mine yet, issue with HLE-ish bios I think

no, is module loaded by game itself

well yours has a serial of PCSB, whilst mine says PCSE. I guess this version that I've tested has this issue.
