FPS Seams Better On My PC though bad slow and audio its okay for a early emulator

Not same Title ID (PCSB00402) but it can go past the 1st level now.

Attached this, it looks better than it used to be and the audio and FPS is fixed

as of https://github.com/Vita3K/Vita3K/commit/0b48dc9b2794a167150f2e438e8d917d21bd99b3, the game's graphical bugs is fixed although there's still some graphical glitches but they only is noticeable in the menus and less noticeable in-game. Audio is fixed as well.
