I just tried this game. I do not have any sound issues.. no crackling issues or framerate drops. However there are graphical issues with the grass. Also the game crashes once you get outside and complete the first mission with Pippa. Right after you get some petals for completing the task.

It runs pretty well with the odd frame drop and audio clipping, when I fix the house up and receive the reward the game and emulator crash and I go back to my phones home screen.

Compatibility seems to have improved a bit more recently:

• I have tested up to mission in which you go looking for a "funny looking man". The game will sometimes crash upon completing a mission, so I recommend always saving before completing a mission. Dying also seems to cause a crash.
• Graphics seem to have the same issues as in greenchill2's post, except the artifacts are now orange instead of green.
• Audio appears to be perfect
• DO NOT SET RESOLUTION SCALE TO ANYTHING BUT NATIVE. Doing so completely breaks lighting and highly increases the chances of a quest complete crash. OpenGL also breaks lighting and reduces the frame-rate to single digits.
