I successfully ran FIFA 14 and FIFA 16 on BlueStacks 5.20 without major performance issues. There's also a pull request for TouchHLE: https://github.com/hikari-no-yume/touchHLE/pull/204

as of https://github.com/Vita3K/Vita3K/commit/b5aa1ec5dd373ed7f8f65b1b7593392d4b145477, the game goes ingame with only audio sounds crackly.
