Added afk flag in online list of users, controlled by inactivity beyond the config value
Added Muted and Deafened flags for users. Currently assigned via admin commmands:
mute.- Prevent the user from sending out custom text to other players via say, emote, broadcast, shout, etc.
deafen - Prevent the user from receiving custom text to other players via say, emote, broadcast, shout, etc.
These are permanent unless reversed and apply to the user account.
The purpose of mute/deafen is to allow operators a way to quiet obnoxious players, and to protect under-age children from unmoderated exposure to others.
