Mod/Admin Timeout config #143

Motiviation

Mods and Admins may need to lurk in game for various reasons. This change allows them to remain in game past max idle time (via configuration).

Changes

TimeoutMods in config.yaml - boolean value.
Fixing a bug with zombie flag
Statmods moved to own package
Updated homepage stats/info readout.
