Step marker fine-tuning of the mobile design #1390

Show that there is a marker already assigned (removing the 'image marker augementation' that currently is still listed in the list of augmentations).

Integrate the size setting here directly (instead of using the additional dialogue), but use the wheels from the Figma design.

Add toggle with label "display clue" to make a 'find me' image show up on screen space when the user has not yet detected the marker; additionally add a text field for a configurable clue text to be displayed, so authors can add a message like "Go to the back of the machine and look at the back panel sticker, which looks like this: [image]".
