Create new augmentation type: volumetric video #1603

Allow to link the URL from a volumetric video file in a defined format (mp4, wtet), using a wrapper around vendor SDKs (so we can branch off to different formats as they evolve)

Streaming formats: 3D stream: https://antmedia.io/volumetric-video-container-2/ Yoom, EF-EVE, Volograms, several others have existing unity plugins for their flavour of 3D streams

This could also be relevant for a freemium version later as an ads feature: if you use the free version, we could integrate a volumetric interstitial, or add a volumetric video into the learning activities as portals at the side, every 5th action step or so - to refinance the server costs.
