Update MRTK #2

Currently, the old Holotoolkit is used. In order to support HoloLens 2 and more devices, we should update to the latest release of the MRTK. This will probably involve the re-implementation of some features, especially in the area of UI. The update of the MRTK also requires an update of the Unity version (see #1 ).
