@afred: How do you feel about this? I'm ambivalent. Is it worth having the content of the downloads under version control? Or would it be fine to just let folks produce their own pdfs and upload to S3?

@afred: Just to close the loop: They are just exporting from excel, and that seems to be working. Closing.
