SVG or redirect to proxy ci thumbnail?

It would be nice to have thumbnails on shopify, but the thubnail url is signed by Ci: Filemaker doesn't have it (and moreover, I think it times out.)

• Could we host an SVG which is really just a proxy for the ci?
• or could we do a redirect like the media URLs?
