Remove WestDAAT QA from Google search results #281

Remove WestDAAT QA from Google search results Does that require removing the tags about WestDAAT in the QA environment? Should we also do the same in the staging environment? We dont want users to be using either QA or staging without them knowing those are for the development team. Only the production environment should be searchable on the web.

WestDAAT now includes robots.txt that excludes QA and Stagging from showing up in search results of being crawled. More info: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/robots/intro#:~:text=A%20robots.txt%20file%20tells,or%20password%2Dprotect%20the%20page.
