I absolutely love the landing page enhancements and coloring of the POUs and PODs.
I see that the landing page URL is much cleaner to copy and paste. However, there are some cases where users want to replicate an exact view of the map, including a specific zoom level and map background. See the example below.
Can we keep the URL simple, but when the user clicks on the URL sharing button, they get a link that stores the map strings/variables to replicate its view?
Actually, this issue needs to be resolved as part of a re-design of the landing page layout. In a future proposed extension to WestDAAT, users (i.e., farmers) will be drawing boundaries on certain fields on the landing page map. So ideally, we need to let them "blow up" the map view to the entire screen so they have a better view of the area, especially if they're using a smaller laptop screen. Or possibly allow users to increase the width of the map where the metadata cards get rearranged automatically to fit below.
