Apply Solution Upgrade #200

Hi,

I was wondering if somebody could help. We are using these Power Devops tools. When we apply solution upgrade it is not deleting old web resources which are not part of our new version of solution.

@uagithubcapita you need to tick the holding solution to be able to stage for upgrade
