Installation for on-premise #229

Hey wanted to know how can i install your files for an on-premise devops without marketplace how can i import your solutions manually?

I have a similar question - I want to test out some of the tasks in a VM supplied by my client. Looks like DownloadTools.PS1 brings down the CoreTools artifacts.
