Issue on Setting Online Admin Mode #256

Hi Wael, hope all good with you.

I'm using the Set Online Instance Admin Mode task and I'm facing the following issue:

The setup looks good, but it's not working. Can you have a look at this?

@hpalomo the API behind this task is no longer working. I have switched this task to use the new API however not all the parameters are currently supported. (the text message and background jobs are not available in the new API)

You will need to change the version to 13 of the task. Please give it a go and let me know
