[site settings / GSC] Add HTML verification tag for social site to site Settings #5943

A field for inserting a meta tag should be added to the site Settings, as verification through Google Analytics may not always be reliable. This is for both our domains (social.gifts) and custom ones. On the site itself, this tag should be located in <head> (like the code from AdSense). Location after Google Analytics 4 property ID.

Text: Google Search Console HTML verification tag: Paste your meta tag here Obtain an HTML verification tag from Google Search Console and enter it here to verify site ownership. This tag will be added to your site's header.
