Message bot This bot is designed to send messages in the form of threads to a specified group of users. This functionality ensures that your messages are effectively delivered to the right audience, enhancing engagement and relevance. Depends on RC.

Text: This bot is designed to send messages in the form of threads to a specified group of users. This functionality ensures that your messages are effectively delivered to the right audience, enhancing engagement and relevance. If the Resource credits on the account are insufficient to write a comment, the message bot will gradually recover and publish at a slower pace. The Message bot will pause if RC on the account drops below the set threshold.

Add message

After clicking on the 'Add Message' button, the 'Message Bot' modal window opens, allowing you to choose a group and page, choose daily posting amount, set a limit and skip, and mark 'Avoid repeated messages' checkbox.

Page (message content): Find a page

Daily posting amount (optional): Enter the amount Specify how many posts will be published per day.

Limit (optional): Enter the amount Specify the number of users who will receive the message.

Skip (optional): Enter the amount Skip a set number of users (e.g., skipping 10 means the first 10 won’t receive the message).

Avoid repeated messages

Active Table

• Active: Activate/deactivate checkbox.
• Start Date: Date when the process starts.
• Number of Users: Initial number of users who are supposed to receive a message.
• Updated Users: Users who have already received messages. This is clickable and opens a modal window with the group link.

History

• Start date: Date when the process starts.
• Finish date: Date when the process finishes.
• Group: Link to user group. This is clickable and opens a modal window with the group link.
• Numbers of users: Initial number of users who are supposed to receive a message.
• Updated users: Users who have received messages.

Stop modal window

After clicking on "Stop," the user should confirm the action. Text: Stop writing messages Once stopped, message writing cannot be resumed. To temporarily suspend/resume message writing, please consider using the Active checkbox. Cancel / Stop
