Build: discord v13 support, slashcommands support.

Description

This pull request resolves issues #143 #102

• Added support to discord v13.4.0.
• Restructured code, created specific event handlers,modules,etc.
• Added support for slashCommands
• Added support for @discordjs/rest package
• Documented events and modules
• Removed deprecated code.

Above mentioned points are the summary of the changes made to the source code. This pull request makes considerable changes to the code structure and current code of the bot. This pull request may contain some bugs but I have tested all the commands and made respective error handlers in the code. feel free to mention any issues :)
