[BUG] Outdated links/content #161

Describe the bug

The organization name was renamed to WeMakeDevs, the same for the whole community. All links and various logos/content are currently outdated and must be updated immediately.

To Reproduce

No response

Expected Behavior

All commclassroom links should be updated to WeMakeDevs. Content should be updated to match the new branding as well.

Hello! Sure, feel free to work on it. :) Fixing this shouldn't be hard. Mostly check all the documentation files, contributing, and readme. The content can be fixed in another PR.
