Inspiration

Our inspiration for this project was

In the blockchain space we were daily hearing - someones nft got stolen or some one signed a transaction by mistake and lost all funds in the account

so this was our main motivation we wanted to protect users from being getting scammed in this space so that users could feel safe and we can onboard users as well because its usually very complicated for a normal person to understand metamask transactions and our chrome extension can be a great solution to solve this.

What it does

SignAssist is a chrome extension that popups up whenever you are about to do a transaction on chain and confirm transaction.

It basically tells you whats going to happen with your wallet by simulating the transaction using tenderly

for example suppose there is a fake mint website and your are about to do a transaction on it Our chrome extension will also popup when metamask pops up and tells your that this website is going to take away your nft so this way you can be safe.

Challenges you ran into

yeah a lot of challenges while making chrome extension and frontend

Anything else?
