Basics The Incubus wins with the devil and joins a channel with the devil to communicate securely. The Incubus may redirect the ability of a lover, used against hell team, towards a chosen victim. The Incubus copies the role or disguise of their last lover.

Details At the start of the game the Incubus’ soul is added to the Hell team’s pool of souls, and they are soulless afterwards. The Incubus cannot use souls from the soul pool.

During the day, the Incubus may choose a lover and a victim. The Incubus cannot choose soulless players as lovers or victims. At the start of the following night, the Incubus is weakly, permanently disguised as their lover or if the lover has any disguise, they are disguised as their weakest. Redirections apply. The Incubus is not told their new disguise. During the night, all abilities used by the lover on any Hell team member is redirected towards the victim.

Each player may only be chosen as the lover once.

Members of the Hell team cannot betray the team in any way.

If the Incubus is the last living member of the Hell team/channel, they turn into a demon.

• It's an idea I had. I wasn't sure about suggesting it, but I kept thinking too much about how to balance it, so I thought, I may as well suggest it.
• I've chosen Incubus over Succubus, because of stereotypes and because the Succubus kinda represents the thought of "sexuality in women is bad" + I prefer the abbriviation "inc" over "suc"

Alphaviki: I think genderneutral is better. Also haven't found a word that is that much better than "Thrall". The best others are "Paramour" (which sounds too upity) and "Idoliser" which also sounds weird.

Tbf I specifically planned it so they couldn't be soulless to ballance enc in the late game and make it more appealing to be soulless 🤔

I mean kinda the thought was that people are already super reluctant to sell their soul so this way it not only makes thematic sense, but it also encourages players to actually take the devils offers. Makes the game more unpredictable for both wolves and town also. It also makes it interesting, because it works in a contrasting way like most other solos have a resources, like powdering, entchantment, etc. That then can be used by them, but here it only works once they don't have that resource (soulless). Rn I feel like devil wins, because town and wolves decimate each other and devil stays quiet and reaps the rewards, but tbf I haven't seen the games where devil won, maybe it worked differently there. This way they would be a little more of a midgame threat and would require more interaction from them.

Hmm I feel like that isn't worth the role though. Protection is already guaranteed via souls and there aren't that many power/misc. abilities, apart from maybe solo abilities, where spending a soul like this would be worth having an extra role. 🤔
