mctsts: i think it would make sense to allow these cases of alliance: • a win is not achievable, but the entire team could join another alignment • a win is not achievable, nor is killing further enemies, but the remaining team could join another alignment

Both of these are basically just going for the best rating for everyone in the team, which is supposed to be how you should play

In rare cases the result "Alliance" may be possible. This result is given to players that deliberately betray their own team to join another team (thus allying with an enemy team, before joining it). Some cases where Alliance may be allowed are the following:
• The entire team is still alive, but cannot win. However they can all change to a different alignment and win that way.
