venomousbirds: for an average of 3 dooms per 2 nights instead of 2 or 4 dooms

mctsts: Also for the record this game had a doom amount of 4 per 20 players opposed to the previous underpowered 4 per 21

to see if this was a balance issue or a hm issue or none of both
mctsts: it was insignifincatly more dooms per player, than the last test at less players in the team
venomousbirds: because i think hm getting this far with only 2 functional hm in a game this big seems strong

nothing. we just test it again. to not have roles with major changes be unlimited only to realise that it mightve been a bad idea
