Gaining Mythic levels grants Physical/Mental Prowess upgrade based on next regular level #3

Mod used: Toybox, TTCore, Mod Menu

Started a Midnight Isles character to test the mod and used toybox to give them levels. after a couple normal levels I'd give them several mythic levels in a row and I noticed it was giving prowess upgrades despite me spending legendary gifts on other things. After two mythic levels giving both Physical and Mental Prowess I checked the normal progression and realized that since I was level 12, it was giving me the level 13 bonus to both prowesses each time I gained a Mythic level. I tested this again with a save at level 10 Mythic 0, added 3 mythic levels, and gained the Mental prowess upgrade from level 11 with all three mythic levels.

Other side notes: -It still keeps the +4 maximum below level 15 -Even when capped out at +6/+6/+6 because of erroneous mythic gains, the page to add more still shows up, but does not break and can be skipped just fine.

GameLogFull.txt Player.log Same logs as my update Issue #1 , figured I put these here as well since I recreated this issue as well. Leveled a character to level 12, giving mythic ranks at level 5 (Extra Mental Prowess from level 6), Level 9 (No extra), and level 12 (Extra Physical and Mental from level 13).
