[BUG] Bonuses not applying properly to Shifters (Ulbrig Gryphon Form) #8

Its not applying the enhancements to my main claw attack, and is instead double applying them to the secondary claw attack.
In addition, despite having 5 points of enhancement on the primary weapon it only allows me to select 4 points worth of enhancements.
The offhand on the other hand lets me select 10 points of enhancement.
