Made some fixes to Tutorials. Added docs for merging. Changed publicizer to fix issues.

How do you determine which DLLs are merged and which are just referenced?

@WittleWolfie it just automatically merges every DLL produced in the target directory. Either you change the settings to use only specific DLLs or you prevent unneeded DLLs showing up in the target directory. I prefer 2nd approach.
