Consider allowing blueprint reference parameters directly #21

Possibly just for field types. Probably not for everything? Guid seems generally nicer but there are cases where you're templating a blueprint off another where it is useful to set them directly as in Issue#19

With 2.0 blueprint references are very flexible.
