Support for MPG123 has been added into original SDL_mixer library as replacement of SMPEG with same LGPL license.

~~Implement CMake build support~~ Already done at the mainstream side (see ports/cmake/ sub-directory)
[x] Integrate it into the complete build chain

Okay, the thing has been added, and seems, it works, need to try it on another OSes...
