Hello!
Since a while ago, this project stays unmaintained. Additionally, this project has become very and very outdated. So, use it on old systems only and use it at your own risk.
- Windows 10 got a lot of updates which possibly added lots of new spyware, and additionally, Windows 11 was out and needs a lot of further investigation to get it supported.
- I don't use Windows as a primary OS by myself since the end of 2014 (I moved to Linux Mint distribution).
- There is a lot of other similar projects that has better support and are actively maintained.
- Nobody around the team (including me) has any interest on supporting this project.
So, this project lost all its sense and will be closed.
Everything will stay open for historical purposes, or if somebody wants to pick this up for attempts to craft something brand-new.

Features
- Remove all spyware modules
- Remove spying apps
- Add spying domains to hosts file!
- Remove spying services
- ~Remove Windows 10 Metro Apps~ (Unavailable in RE version, use the version 2.2.2.2)
- ~Support Windows 7/8/8.1/10 and Server 2008-2012 R2~ (For those platforms please use version 2.2.2.2)
- Remove Office 2016 telemetry

Versions 2.x and RE-1.x
DWS has two different variants are both supported:
- The 2.2.2.2.x is based on the original DWS made by Nummer. Supportd Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 and 10
- The RE-1.0.x.x is based on reworked version made after Nummer. Supports Windows 10 only
If you are using Windows 10 it's recommended to use RE-1.0.2.0.x builds.
For Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 please use 2.2.2.2.x builds.
