In order of priority, make website compatible with:

Chrome
Internet Explorer / Edge
Firefox
Safari
Opera

Google Chrome 66.0.3359.139 was used in development and is supported natively.

Tried to open website using Edge on parents' laptop. Laptop froze and had to be strangled. For comparison, tried to open Google.com using same browser. Same result. I'm calling it a day.
