Courses dropped after they are added to an invoice cannot be re-enrolled #56

  1. Reinstate orange status (Reverse Issue #36).
  2. Replace "Drop" button with "Cancel" button on enrollments with status invoiced.
  3. Cancel button cancels the entire invoice.
  4. Add help text explaining that families may only drop orange courses by cancelling the entire invoice and adding the desired courses again.
  5. Add warning label next to "Generate Invoice" button to this effect as well.
