It's as if you didn't read any of the bot functions.
@backup name - saves a backup file of the whole server map to that filename.
@restore name - restores a certain area (defined by 2 mushrooms, or the .p1/.p2
commands) to the backup file.
Either have your own bot running and back up your stuff often (at least every
time you log on/off or so), have a friend/minecrafter do it for you, or the
owner/admin have a 30min server backup.
Yes it seems like it's "more work" to deal with, but it's actually less. Now
you are 100% sure that if you do get griefed, which you definitely will at some
point, you can easily reverse the damage with almost no work. Imagine that,
even if you didn't use any of the other bot features, the moment you find your
work griefed, you can fully restore it to the latest backup.

You stupid son of a bitch, you're assuming that I (along with other honest
players) feel like downloading your piece of shit and setting it up so that I
don't have to deal with the other 99% of the people who grief using your toy.
You have single handedly ruined vanilla minecraft, and I hate you for it. Go to
hell.

This bot is incredibly useful - Griefers will grief, don't blame someone for
making an incredible tool, get a proper staff and tools in place to reverse and
prevent damage.

Yes, this bot is indeed useful. It's definitely not this bots fault that your
server is filled with griefers. Get some moderators or some shit, don't blame
insidebot.

I gotta thank you for making such an effective griefing tool. I once flattened
a tower the WHOLE SERVER had been working on for hours, in about a minute
By the time the ops figured out it was me, the server was basically a flatgrass
