The ewoc_l8 processor expects and s3 path to download the Landsat-8 tif files.
With the new version of the workplans, this processor should accept simple product ids and create paths like this: s3://usgs-landsat/collection02/level-2/standard/oli-tirs/2018/200/035/LC08_L2SP_200035_20181028_20200830_02_T1/LC08_L2SP_200035_20181028_20200830_02_T1_ST_B10.TIF
