CCN UKR 2022 Production - Remaining L8SR products #99

For 36UVC, one L8SR is put as input (LC08_L2SR_179024_20220817_20220824_02_T1) and generated error as expected. However why it is present in the UKR 2022 workpan. @mbattude-cs have you an idea.

I think I just forgot to delete it manually. The fix is still in a pull request (https://github.com/WorldCereal/ewoc_work_plan/pull/129) so it was not done automatically.

This hasn't been merged yet as I need to modify a bit based on this issue : https://github.com/WorldCereal/ewoc_work_plan/issues/127 This case is not handled for now : "If the tile need L8 for optical, the workplan must not filter the L8SR products. We will provide L8SR and L8SP"

not a blocking point due to only one L8SR product for the tiles I see for the moment
