Report tow bugs I found in 1.14 game so far. #188

I play Everlook 1.12 by 1.14 client.

1.WA: "only show debuff cast by me" is not working. when I cancel it, debuff show up.

2.hit percent dont show on my stat panel。I add tow hit talants. But it show 0% on my stat panel. 屏幕截图 2022-12-07 225015

Gifts don't work properly，For example, Ice Arrow CDS are always kept at 2.5S

I don‘t play mage, so I don't konw that. For me. the hit percent just doesn't show on my stat panel correctly. But it do count. I can feel that when creeping
