Progressive Itemization issues #216

Describe the bug Items that changed in later patches (i.e. progressive itemization) are not in the correct state for the current patches on Everlook. Deleting WDB folder from _classicera/cache folder just loads the (what I assume to be) current item states for official Era servers.

It won't be fixed because the client has stats for the latest patch only.
