game disconnects randomly within 5 minutes of connecting to server

client version used tbc 2.5.2 (40892)
hermes proxy version 3.7.0
error message:

ps: i am not using any extensions/addons/modifications to client. it is completely fresh installed
pps: tried with 2.5.3 version and same error after 2 minutes - thanks
