Add the blacklist to block cheaters.

The game has a lot of cheaters, that spoil the mechanics of the game, preventing the normal game. Please add the tab to lock the blacklist of cheaters.

I'd second this, unless there's already been a discussion about this. It can be done (i'd be willing to write it up and make a PR), the only issue is if it should/should not be done.

I would like to send info about blacklisted players to the server and gather them there. I don't have any plans on what do to with that info – just store it for now and see whether / how it's useful one there is enough of it.

If @Wulf2k is fine with that, I would create a follow-up PR at some point, once this is implemented.

That's fine, and interesting info.

I'd be hesitant to 'do' anything with that info, of course. Spoofing data to globally blacklist legitimate players would be troublesome.

@Wulf2k I'm still down to, but since Hillo already has a working implementation, it would probably just be easiest to have them make that a PR. I'll @ them, and see what needs to be done
