PR Merge and Designer Fix w/build script #143

Merged PR #135 and moved launch button to top where update button was. Update button moved to a good location to be out of the way (even though it might not be used anymore)

PR #135 causes instant crashes when loading into game

Added a script to project to build DSCM and use il-repack to merge the .exe with required CommonMark lib

il-repack is included as a submodule, and nuget.exe is also included to collect project packages.

Build script DOES use VS 2019, though the msbuild path can be changed for different versions

Further testing causes crashes with pr #135 I'll continue to test and see what's up, but for now, killing PR
