Fix namecrash #99

This should fix the namecrash Bug. This is completely eur0pa's work. He was so nice as to give me all the addresses that are hooked. The machinecode is extracted from PVP watchdog.

I am not pleased with the amount of testing I gave this. But I don't have a second DS account or a DS-playing friend handy, so I don't know if this actually works.

We should probably only merge this if somebody is able to test it.

Awesome, I never expected him to give his blessing to include it in DSCM so didn't even ask.

I've just sent him a quick message so I can have his blessing in writing before we include his code, but I'll try and get some testing in on this this weekend.
