A mod being designed for the LimitBreaker modpack, however it can be used standalone. This mod is adds a new world generation type that allows for living underground with a large array of cave systems and underground biomes. This mod uses the CubicChunks mod to allow for near infinite height.

This mod is still in development, so except fequent changes / rewrites and generally being unstable.
