[Bug] 切换语言为zh-cn后无反应，仍为en-us #140

描述遇到的问题

切换语言为中文后仍然显示为英文 store版本

复现问题的步骤

安装启动器 启动启动器 设置语言为zh-cn，启动器闪了一下，仍为英文界面 登录帐号后再次设置语言，仍未解决
