[Bug] Window not opening full/at the middle of the screen 窗口不能完全打开/位于屏幕中间

Describe the bug

the launcher's window is going to the bottom-right of the screen, even if you close it by placing at the middle/fullscreen

oh yeah it needs certificate, otherwise not updated: ms msixbundle sign certificate
