Why do you need this feature?

Simplify the installation process by self-containing all dependencies.
Faster startup of the app

Suggest an implementation

[x] Requires Windows App SDK 1.6
[ ] Requires all dependencies to support NativeAOT
[x] Update FluentLauncher.Infra to support NativeAOT
[x] Update FluentCore to support NativeAOT
