[Feature] Accent color from background image 背景图片的强调色 #249

Why do you need this feature?

windows does get the accent color form the system background, so i thought fluent launcher should have this function as well (but it chooses the color from the background image provided in Settings > Appearance > Background (with the Image selection) > Image Path)

Suggest an implementation

tried to achieve something with gpt

btw i'll change my username (this one is from when i made my first issue on this repo and i didn't know what a diamond is github. however, there are side effects:

GitHub cannot set up redirects for: @mentions using your old username Links to gists that include your old username

I'm sorry that I haven't replied to you for so long. I've been a little busy working in college recently. I want to come back to implement this feature when I'm free.
