Arbitrary icon for Map Tiles of ID 0 (Null) or ID 9 ("Kanji") in Mini-Infobox #15

Assign correct or blank graphics for these tiles.

Used some minor ASM code to fix this display. Now display correctly. Fixed in the WIP Branch.
