Skill Select in Campaign Mode Not Working #27

Title says it all. I turned on the option for campaign mode but no matter what buttons I try or where I look I cannot find a prompt anywhere that would allow me to set skills for the co's in Campaign. Maybe I'm just an idiot though and I'm missing something obvious.

The only thing you missed is that it isn't complete yet. I haven't programmed the GUI to be able to select them :)
