Using the skill indirect defense +10% causes a UI glitch with the CO stat screen.
Example:
If you pick indirect defense +10% on team 2, team 1 will show a small defense boost on the defense bar, however, it only affects UI, and the actual stat isn't affected.
This problem occurs for every team. If you pick the same skill on team 3, the UI glitch shows up on team 2 and so forth. So the only team that can use this skill without the UI glitch is team 1 simply because there is no team before it.
