AI unit buiding issues #40

The AI builds a lot of rockets compared to Vanilla AW2 and sometimes it avoids building air units altogether (played against max (war room) in duo falls and he built a lot of rockets, he didn't any a-airs nor air units).

Sounds like an incorrectly assigned AI profile, I'll investigate.
